Landon Patoc

elevate church council member

Name: Landon Patoc (spouse Kamele)

Education: lolani ('06), Claremont McKenna College ('10), William S. Richardson School of Law ('14)

Occupation: Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Team Captain, Honolulu Office of the Prosecuting Attorney

Testimony: I grew up in a Christian household and my family was heavily involved in church and church leadership at the Way of Salvation in Kalihi. I first started attending Elevate in 2015, with the first service being a baby dedication for my nephew. Since that service, Pastors Zach and Dennisa have helped me through my walk with Christ and Elevate has been home. My wife, Kamele, and I have been attending since that time and became official members in 2016. In 2017, Kamele and I decided to recommit our lives to Christ and we were both baptized by PD and PZ. I have served as a council member and a volunteer at our various locations, which include a period of time in 2020-2021 at my wife’s dad’s hula hālau in Kalihi. It was during that time that PZ and PD asked me to assist and deliver messages for 2 services. Since then, I know it’s been God calling for me to become a pastor. Although I’ve been very reluctant, PZ and PD have continued to support me taking this step in faith.
